What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?
They say doing what is right takes effort. Have you ever noticed how you feel when you eat junk foods like pizza’s and burgers. It feels great on the moment but the next day you suffer from acidity, heart burn, digestive issues. When you try to eat a salad, it sucks, but the next day, you will energised with a better digestive system. Your body thanks you for it!
Realizing this, I am making a sincere effort to prioritize my health and fitness. I am currently working on cultivating five habits:
- Dedicate 60 minutes to exercise each day.
- Practice 15 minutes of daily meditation.
- Devote an hour each day to reading.
- Consume nutritious foods.
- Aim to stand for 10 hours each day.
This is what makes me Happy each day!
